What this is
Structured one-to-one coaching, individually planned around your child, delivered by a qualified teacher with a background in child psychology.
What this is not
This is not therapy, counselling, or clinical treatment. Where a child would benefit from clinical input, we will say so and help you find the right professional.
Understanding the child beneath the behaviour.
Coaching at Villo starts with the child, not the problem. We take time to understand how your child thinks, what they find hard, and what they are already good at, then build confidence, skills and self-understanding from there.
Most families begin with a structured six-session programme. Many continue with ongoing weekly coaching once trust and momentum have been built, for as long as it is useful.
We start with the child.
Most support starts with the work. We start with the child. This is how every Villo programme begins.
- 1
Understand
We start by looking beneath the behaviour. Not what is wrong, but what is really going on for this child.
- 2
Connect
We build a genuine relationship. A child who feels safe and understood is a child ready to learn and grow.
- 3
Build
With trust in place, we build skills, confidence and knowledge, at the child's pace and from their strengths.
- 4
Grow
Progress that lasts, because it is built on understanding and connection, not pressure.
Confidence, Resilience & Self-Understanding
A 6-session programme building steadier self-belief and a healthier relationship with challenge.
Social & Friendships
A 6-session programme for children navigating friendships at every social confidence level.
Transition Support
A 6-session programme for any child facing a new school, a new country, or a big change.
Organisation & Independence
A 6-session programme for children who struggle to get started, stay organised, or manage time, attention and belongings.
Build Your Own Programme
A bespoke plan blending tuition and coaching, from 4 to 12 sessions, shaped around your child.
Not sure which fits? Help us understand your child, and we will suggest the right support.
Takes a few minutes to complete.
Coaching does not have to stop at six sessions. Many families continue with ongoing weekly coaching afterwards, at £125 per session, with no fixed end, for as long as it is useful. There is no obligation to continue, only the option.
