What this programme is

An education-led, psychology-informed programme focused on building confidence, skills and understanding, tailored to your child.

What this programme is not

This is not therapy, counselling, or clinical treatment, and it is not a substitute for clinical support. Where a child would benefit from therapeutic or clinical input, we will say so and help you find the right professional.

For many children, the difficulty is not ability, it is everything around it. Getting started, knowing what to do first, keeping track of tasks and belongings, managing time, and staying with something long enough to finish it. This is often called executive function, and it can affect confident, capable children just as much as anyone. At Villo, we do not label a child as disorganised or lazy. We understand what is getting in the way, and we build practical strategies and independence around how your child actually works.

Who it's for

  • Children who find it hard to get started or know what to do first
  • Children who lose track of tasks, homework, time or belongings
  • Children who struggle with focus, planning or finishing things
  • Children with ADHD, autism or executive function differences
  • Children who rely heavily on adults to stay organised
  • Children who feel overwhelmed by busy days or big tasks

Outcomes we aim for

  • A child who can get started with less stress and less prompting
  • Practical systems your child can actually use and keep up
  • Steadier focus, planning and follow-through
  • More independence, and less daily friction at home
  • Confidence that they can manage themselves and their world

How the programme works

  • We start by understanding where things break down for your child, without judgement
  • Practical, personalised strategies for starting, planning and finishing
  • Tools for managing time, tasks, attention and belongings
  • Building independence step by step, so your child relies less on adult prompting
  • Confidence built alongside skills, because feeling capable matters as much as being organised
  • Approaches that fit your child's profile, including neurodivergent ways of thinking
Programme Structure

A clear pathway from first conversation to lasting progress.

Ongoing coaching

Many families continue with ongoing weekly coaching after the programme. There is no obligation to continue, but the option is always there. Ongoing sessions are £125 per session, with no fixed end, for as long as they are useful.
