These terms cover your use of the Villo website (villocare.com) and the pre-launch waitlist. The full Villo product is not available yet and will have its own service terms at launch.
What the site offers today
Information about Villo and a form to join our waitlist. Nothing on the site is medical, clinical, legal, or educational advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions about your child.
Using the site fairly
You agree not to:
- submit someone else's email to the waitlist without their permission;
- try to break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the site;
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms other users.
Content and trademarks
Villo, the Villo name, and the site's copy, images and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may share links to public pages; please don't republish our content without permission.
Availability
We do our best to keep the site online but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. The site is provided "as is".
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
